You Lead. AI assists.
AI systems and workflow consulting — for communications, marketing, and design teams inside public-sector and mission-driven organizations, and for marketing and design agencies who want the same methodology. Built from real, provable implementation, not theory.
Why this exists
94% of higher-ed staff already use AI tools. Only 54% know their institution's AI policy. That gap — quiet adoption without guardrails or a shared method — is the problem this practice closes.
What I teach
- Second brains — personal knowledge management for people drowning in tools and half-finished tasks.
- AI persona architecture — role-based AI systems built on four elements: a defined Role, a defined Scope, a Personality, and a Rule about final authority. The AI is never the approver. That's the architecture, not a metaphor.
- Platform-agnostic systems — workflows built to survive a tool switch instead of locking into one vendor's ecosystem.
Proof, not claims
- Role-priming, measured: the same image and prompt produced 446 characters of alt text with no role defined — nearly 4x WCAG's practical limit. Role-primed, it produced 124 of 125 characters. Almost right isn't right.
- The catch that mattered: a tested AI tool confidently described damage that wasn't in a campus-closure graphic. Human review caught it before it went anywhere — the method working exactly as designed, not a lucky break.
- Augmentation, not replacement: covering a colleague's specialty work on short notice: "I gained a skill. I did not gain hers." Supplementing someone's work is not the same as replacing them — the line this practice holds throughout.
Recognition
Named specifically in CCPRO's official 2026 post-conference survey highlights, alongside recognition of the preconference as one of the strongest in years.
Who this is for
- Comms, marketing, and design teams inside school districts, higher ed, nonprofits, and government
- Marketing and design agencies looking to build the same systems for their own work and their clients'
